Stupid Sloth Cards Pop-up

Stupid Sloth Cards Pop-up

Cute, quirky, irreverent, handmade cards, stickers, magnets, t-shirts and tote bags (and more!) featuring animals wearing clothes and often using curse words. The tagline of Stupid Sloth Cards is “Not just cards. Not just sloths.”

These stupid items are made by Victoria Aronoff. She has always loved to draw animals wearing clothes, mostly because that’s the only thing she can draw. By day, she is the Development Director for a nonprofit and the mom of two grouchy teenagers, one goofy dog, and a chubby guinea pig. She has a pretty useless B.A. in English from Wesleyan University and grew up in a drafty/sweltering New York City loft with her writer/artist parents and several cats who she liked to draw wearing clothes. Despite her urban upbringing, she prefers her current home of Maplewood, NJ, even though no sloths live there.

Mi Shell Jewelry Pop-up

As a child, Michele spent summers at the Maryland and New Jersey Shores always combing the beaches for shells. Her family jokes that she was talking to the shells but Michele was simply in awe of their beauty. During a trip to Hawai’i in 2024, Michele came across three of the most perfect puka shells. One week later while on a break from her career as a television producer, Michele made an impromptu trip to Florida. While visiting the beaches on the Atlantic Coast, more and more perfect shells began to wash up onto the shoreline and the idea for mi shell was born. Michele’s background in jewelry making began while in college where she worked at a high end store in her hometown of Laurel, MD. Michele’s mission is to handcraft one-of-a-kind pieces that honor the wonder of the ocean.
